Hi, I’m Enhui (Evelyn) Zhang, a third-year Food, Nutrition and Health student at the University of British
Columbia. I gained clinical experience through an
internship at the Children’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical
University, assisting with pediatric nutrition
assessments and research on malnutrition.

At UBC, I design and deliver workshops as part of the Nutrition Education Team and volunteer at the AMS Food Bank to address food security.

I enjoy working in diverse environments because I am fluent in English, French, and Mandarin. With leadership experience from UBC Jumpstart and the LFS EDI Sub-Committee, I aim to use my skills to improve health outcomes and community well-being.
