2024 CIHR Institute of Aging Summer Program in Aging (SPA)

The 2024 CIHR Institute of Aging Summer Program in Aging (SPA), hosted by the Centre for Aging SMART and in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) and The University of British Columbia, and funded by CIHR, took place from June 2nd to 7th, 2024. The focus of the program was on Ageism and Health Research, Delivery, and Outcomes in Older Adults. Dr. Lillian Hung delivered a keynote speech on “Integrating Older Adults’ Voices: Enhancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Research/Qualitative Research.” Additionally, Dr. Jim Mann and Lily Wong participated as panellists in the panel discussion.
