TREC Research Seminar

On July 24th, 2024, Dr. Lillian Hung and Dr. Jim Mann gave a joint presentation at the Translating Research in Elder Care (TREC) trainee research seminar. Their presentation was titled “Empowering Care: Bridging Technology and Compassion through Transdisciplinary Collaboration.” The participants came from various provinces. Jim and Lillian discussed the projects at UBC IDEA Lab and shared their experiences on engaging patient partners and fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion.
