The paper explores staff and leadership teams’ perspectives on the anticipated facilitators and barriers to implement telepresence robots in long term care (LTC) homes, demonstrating the complementary use of the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) and Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR)in Quality Improvement (QI) projects involving technology implementation.
