Samaa ElSayed
Hi, My name is Samaa and I am an international student from Egypt. I am in my fourth year of studying International Relations. I am very interested in getting involved in my community, learning, and giving back. I am also deeply curious about the fast-paced and innovative technology and the health care system in Canada. This is why working with IDEA Lab is the perfect opportunity for me to explore my options and increase my knowledge in these fields.
I am mostly inspired by the lab’s patient-oriented research and the personalized and committed work environment. I am
honoured and proud to be part of a community that focuses on improving the lived experiences of people with dementia.
I would like to learn more about people’s stories and the reason for their personal involvement.
Aside from academics, I enjoy long walks by the beach, exploring new cafes, and spending time with family and friends.
