Jason Fu
I am a third year Biomedical Engineering student studying at UBC with a focus on Biomechanics and Biomaterials. As a robotics research assistant at the IDEA lab, I will be involved in various projects that utilize robotics to improve the lives of individuals with dementia and age-related conditions.
My goal is to collaborate with other members of the lab and industry partners to create innovative solutions that make a positive impact in dementia care. I hope to apply the knowledge and experience gained from working in the lab to my future studies in Biomedical Engineering, with the ultimate goal of improving healthcare. In my free time, I enjoy playing all kinds of sports, working out at the gym, playing guitar, and exploring cuisine from different countries.
