Telepresence Robot Training
On August 18th, our Telepresence Robot Team had a very busy day conducting several conversational interviews and staff training sessions at long-term care homes. The conversational interviews allow us to hear feedback from both residents and family members. Our training groups were instrumental in staff engagement, involving interactive games with prizes! We also got to check-in on all of our robots!
