Telerobot Staff Training
On August 4th, the staff at one of our Long Term Care sites were trained using a new staff engagement strategy. The strategy was aimed at reinforcing robot use in several long-term care sites. A game was created using questions, answers, and prizes to make things interactive and interesting for the staff. The staff responded very well to the training session and inquired more about the robot’s use and benefits. This strategy enabled staff to become more acquainted with how to best support family use of robots.
