Caitlin Lee
Caitlin is a new graduate from Western University and holds an Honours B.M.Sc. She has experience volunteering with the Alzheimer Society, working in labs, and is deeply involved in the philanthropy community. Caitlin is extremely passionate about making positive changes within and beyond the field of healthcare. She is excited to join the IDEA Lab, as it will allow her to combine her love of medicine and community involvement with helping improve patient care in LTC settings. She is also looking forward to working with the IDEA Lab because of its relationship-oriented team environment. During her free time, you can find Caitlin spending quality time with her family and friends, baking, watching a new Netflix show, or taking care of her new puppy.
