I am a second year Master of Science in Nursing student and a research assistant for “WhatMatters” project at UBC. My research interest mainly focuses on improving patients’/residents’ living experience with a person-centred care approach for patients/residents with dementia. With the background of a frontline nurse, a clinical informatics specialist and now a nurse educator,  I am keen to contributing the development of any potential technologies/strategies to improve resident/patient/family’s experience in health care settings. I committed to evidence-based practice and aiming at improving the interdisciplinary collaboration to improve senior’s care.

I spend my non-working time with my family and friends. I enjoy outdoor activities i.e. hiking, swimming, gardening, running, as well as indoor activities i.e. chatting with my kids and husband, cooking or baking, gathering with my friends.
