Jhannine Geronimo
Hello! My name is Jhannine Geronimo, and I am a student nurse at BCIT. Prior to nursing, I completed my BSC in Microbiology at the University of Manitoba and worked as a Research Assistant at Canadian Grain Commission and Cytophage Technologies.
My volunteer experience in palliative care and clinical experience in assisted-living residences sparked my interest in being involved with IDEA Lab. I want to learn more about patient-oriented research (especially for older adults). I also want to tap into my creative side, which is perfect as IDEA Lab has many projects and new innovations! In my free time, I love listening to music (K-pop, RnB, Classical, and Indie) and trying out new recipes I watch from TikTok or YouTube.
